    When Violife came out with the smoked provolone I was so happy because I could finally make a decent Philly wrap.

    Each wrap is 234 cals (not the whole plate).

    To make ONE wrap:

    Pan fry 1/4 med. onion , 1/4 med. bell peppers, 105 g mushrooms with a dash of Lawry’s and garlic pepper salt. Same with Beyond beef (used 1/10 of package per wrap). Add 1/2 slice Violife (cover pan to melt).
