What’s that dollop on the top? Garlic butter or something? Also, curious about the crust: do you use those restaurant-style cast iron pans or do you have something else?

I do love Detroit style pizza and this does look good but man that butter/oil whatever dollop on top just seems like too much. It’s already greasy enough!
