[homemade] Canadian Thanksgiving Feast!

Celebrated Canadian Thanksgiving with the family today! I like to take the reins, so everything made by yours truly!

1. My completed plate with all the fixings

2. Turkey ready for the oven

3. Carved turkey (missed a money shot unfortunately)

4. Mashed potatoes

5. Caesar Salad

6. Sweet potato fries

7. Dressing (stuffing, but only outside the bird)

8. Corn pudding

9. Sautéed lemon green beans

10. Gravy!

11. Spiced cranberry sauce

12. Creamy mushroom sauce

Extremely happy with how everything turned out. Made some adjustments to my cranberry sauce, and it turned out divine…. Multidimensional rather than just sweet/tart.

Sweet potato fries were tasty, but I need to batter them to get some crisp on them (as well as cut them thinner). Lesson learned.

Overall, absolutely pleased with the result. Family loved it, and I was happy with getting all of it done in an organized way.
