Since people have said they prefer if I post the recipe, here you go!

I used Trader Joe's vegan ravioli. Sautee sliced garlic and red pepper flakes in olive oil, add sliced sausage (I used Trader Joe's), add sundried tomatoes and artichoke once sausage is browned, add Italian seasoning and salt, add a little bit of tomato paste, vegetable broth, and vegan sour cream (i used Tofutti), add nutritional yeast and spinach. Mix with cooked ravioli and a little reserved pasta water.
