The chevere isn’t terrible, I like it with crackers. It’s a pretty plain goat cheese, so it’s got a little lactic taste to it. The kerigold aged cheddar might be good, I haven’t had it though.

kerrygold is pretty good. id probably grab some plain goat cheese as well. i like it on a toasted baguette with spicy tomato jam (i make it myself) and some honey, regular or hot.
