Seitan turkey, stuffing, maple glazed carrots, green beans, balsamic roasted brussel sprouts, scalloped potatoes, mashed sweet potatoes, mushroom gravy, and homemade cranberry sauce. Will share recipes if anyone is interested!

  2. I have that same vegan turkey roast recipe I’m making for the US Thanksgiving. Was it difficult to make and how did it turn out/taste?

  3. Ooo I’d like the recipe for that stuffing and the scalloped potatoes too; everything looks divine. Beautiful spread OP!

    Jealous of this.

I normally skip Thanksgiving dinner with my family, even though I’m “only” vegetarian and not fully vegan, because basically everything on the menu has meat or meat derived products in it (gelatin). On top of that, even though I don’t make a big deal out of it, my family likes to do just that, repeatedly pointing out how my “eating problem” (their words) means I can’t eat anything on the table.

    I hate this holiday.

Your beautiful food is once again proof that awesome, tasty food can be cruelty free, whilst satisfying the body and soul. I love the blending of all the colours and taste in one supreme fest 👏🫶💐💖⭐

Wow! What a great Thanksgiving meal! Love the roasted vegetables!! I’ve been wanting to try making a seitan anything and you’re giving me inspiration!

  7. Ohh may gosshh I need this whole plate… I dread the holidays because it’s always a gathering of my family with tones of food I don’t eat and the consistent conversations about it. I host a friend’s giving once and it was such a good time with all veganfare
