    Like Chicken Parmesan, this is a protein, with seasoned breadcrumbs, fried, topped with a tomato sauce and cheese. But this has a mexican twist: the protein is tilapia, with taco-seasoned breadcrumbs, fried, topped with guajillo-cascabel tomato sauce, and New Mexican Chimayo cheese.
