I used Urban Accents’ Plant Based Korean BBQ, which is TVP based, and prepped as per the directions(basically just add hot water like any other TVP), and then chopped up mushrooms, onion, and water chestnuts. Sautéed all that together and then added the TVP mixture and a sauce I made using low sodium soy sauce, black bean sauce, gochujang, a dash of sesame oil, and some garlic ginger paste. Absolutely delicious and I have tons of leftovers for tomorrow!

    Also I definitely did not use 40g of the black bean sauce, my bad! I used 18g, which was listed as one serving. I also added a dash of Chinese cooking wine (Xiaoxing) to the sauce, (calories for that are negligible).

  2. I love making these!! Urban accents rules. I put homemade quick pickled matchstick carrots, sliced green onion, and sliced radishes on mine.
