pan fried: 1 serving of [Wildwood baked teriyaki tofu](https://www.safeway.com/shop/product-details.184800445.html) plus veggies: baby corn, carrots, sliced snow peas, red bell pepper,
toppings: green onion, cilantro, pinch red pepper
plus 1 serving (56 grams dry weight) cooked Fiber Gourmet noodles (only 100 calories!)
dragon noodle sauce: 1 T soy sauce + 1 T rooster sauce + 1/2 T vegan butter + 1 T brown sugar (Truvia) (I borrowed the dragon noodle sauce from here: [https://www.budgetbytes.com/spicy-noodles/](https://www.budgetbytes.com/spicy-noodles/))
After cooking vegetables and tofu add in the dragon noodle sauce. Dry off the cooked noodles and then add them to the veggie/tofu/sauce mix. Heat to blend flavors. Top with cilantro and green onion.
