  1. Literally just chuck all the ingredients into a food processor or blender, and then chill. Top with whatever you’d like — I topped this with thin sliced radishes, additional cilantro and mint, sliced cherry tomatoes, a drizzle of Forager vegan unsweetened plain yogurt, thinly sliced chives, and a bit more habanero hot sauce.

  3. Wow!! I’m going to make this for my family this week, looks amazing. The recipe you included, was that just for the one bowl? If not how many portions would you say it makes? Just working out if I need to double/quardrouple the recipe to feed 4 people. Thanks!
