  1. I realize that with OMAD, my macros are super wonky today 😂😭 I plan to make up for it and focus more on protein and fats over the next week! And my smoothie has a whole bunch of flax and chia in it to help this not be *as* carb-heavy. 🙂

  2. it is quite honestly my favorite food ever. Well before going vegan so many years ago I was powerless against its siren call. My girlfriend thought I was joking the other day when we got a large one and I warned her to come get some before it was all gone. I felt so sick but so happy
