    Spiralized zucchini (zoodles) would be a good sub for those noodles. A spiralizer will pay for itself quickly since zoodles bought from the store are many times more expensive than whole zucchini. If you can turn a crank, spiralizing is easy. Zucchini have a lot more nutrients too.
