  1. I do 18:6 IF so my first meal of the day is a late lunch, followed by two snacks and dinner

    Lunch: Light Life Veggie Dog, tortilla chips, salsa and vegan coleslaw

    Snacks: Veggies, Hummus, Pistachios | Watermelon and Strawberries

    Dinner: TVP meatballs, zoodles, marinara, slice of plain toast, side salad with tomato vinaigrette and crispy onions

    Looks so good! Been thinking of doing 18:6 IF, how are you liking it? I’m currently on 16:8 IF cuz I always forget and snack after dinner 😂
