    Hi all! So, this whole meal has around 547 Kcal – [here are some screenshots from MFP](https://imgur.com/a/8axoUQU). The whole batch of patties was made from 500g of red lentils + 40g of hulled hemp seeds, for a total of 14 patties, giving around 135 Kcal per burger.

    The marinade for those 2 patties has 62 Kcal:

    * 10ml soy sauce
    * 10ml lemon juice
    * 10g maple-flavoured low cal sweetener
    * 6g olive oil

    As for the salad, we have 34 Kcal:

    * 70g mixed salad
    * 114g cucumber

    As for the salad dressing, which has 13 Kcal:

    * 20ml lemon juice
    * 15g soy yogurt
    * 10g maple-flavoured low cal sweetener
    * …plus some calories in garlic powder (I tend to just put a high number as buffer for these sorts of seasonings, whenever I do count them in MFP, hence those 10 g of “Alho”, which is garlic in portuguese. I also obviously salted it a little and ground some black pepper)

    There’s also 30g of brown rice underneath the patties. As for the kombucha, it’s homemade, but it should be roughly the same calories as a storebought equivalent.
