TVP and chanterelle. Quick, high protein and low calories (100g dry TVP has 332 calories and 100g chanterelle has 21 calories). Soaked TVP in hot water for few minutes, added chanterelle and TVP to a pan, added thai curry paste and sambal for taste (could be replaced by any spices of interest).

  1. Sounds yummy! Adding some sauteed greens would brighten it up, add nutrients, and still keep calories low. Just a suggestion, take it or leave it 🙂

  2. Where are people buying TVP in bulk nowadays, my health food stores don’t tend to carry it as much? (US or EU)
