Super easy breakfast with Just Egg – endless possibilities for add-ins! 203 calories/14g protein

  1. I season the pan with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and basil and no stick spray. Then cook my tomatoes. I add 5 tbsp of JUST egg. Let it cook until it firms up, swirling the pan so the liquid cooks. Then once it’s firm I put a low carb tortilla (mission has one) and put a plate over the pan and flip it, put it back in pan and cook it a little longer.

    The nice thing is you can add so much to this! Vegan cheese, I dice up tofurkey slices sometimes, spinach, can top with hot sauce etc. I like to eat it like a pizza but you can also fold it over for a nice breakfast wrap type thing.

    You should use a really good nonstick pan for this!

  4. I just tried Just Egg for the first time this morning and I was SHOCKED with how well it cooked up!! Definitely adding this idea to what I need to try it with 😌
