Looks like they’ve begun repeating dishes from previous menus. Hopefully this allows them to dial in each course and push for the 3rd star. Excited to revisit at some point in the future

Just had this menu, and the yuzu ice cream after the wagyu was my favorite part. Also I love the menu cards, which break down each course by its ingredients.

Went about a month back with the same menu and yes they explained that this is the first time they’ve repeated dishes. This was a “Best Of” menu with some of their favorite and most liked dishes. I was happy to see they brought back the Japchae as it was one of my favorites. Probably their best and most complete menu yet! IMO

I’m going for the first time next month and am super excited! Do you think it’ll be the same menu or do they change every month? Have been wanting to go for years but could never get a reservation when I would have been able to go.
