next month, change those sad faces to something more motivating! never view off track days as a “fail” and NEVER associate those days with bad emotions! you’re doing your best and that’s what matters. good luck on your journey !!

Love the srickers but are the frowny faces necessary?

    Can you leave those off?

I feel you on the weekends. Calorie counting was way easier when I was single and didn’t go out every weekend with a skinny, high metabolism guy.

Hi guys! I am an EXTREMELY visual person and I’m also a grown woman who loves stickers still. To earn a daily sticker, I must meet 3 criteria:

    1. Eat at or less than 1200-1300 calories

    2. No added sugar/sweets

    3. Workout that day (for me it is a hot yoga class)

On days I fail to meet my criteria I get a sad face (as you can see). I like stickers and dislike sad faces so this is incentive for me to keep up the good work, this is what I use and catered to my tastes..motivations. I realize that frownie faces aren’t for everyone…they aren’t meant to uplift me..the hearts are! It also helps me see where my weaknesses may be day to day, for instance I seem to have trouble during weekends, (taphouses and going out for drinks= bad food choices & NO STICKER!)

Anyways hope this helps someone!!! I love this sub and I’m happy to be a part of this lovely community!

  5. I love that second Saturday with the sad face looking up like “yeah bro, Saturday again… ” give yourself a break 😉
