  1. The recipe of the Bulgur is from Refika’s Kitchen in youtube, i couldn’t link it. (i didn’t put any pepper or garlic)
The Recipe of the Meat Stir Fry:
    1. 150 gr of meat substitute(i bought it from a local brand called Veggy)
    2. A red pepper and a green pepper
    3. Half an onion
    4. Half a tablespoon of tomato paste
    5. Two tablespoons of olive oil
First, i sliced the onions and the peppers, then i put them into a pan. I added the oil and sautéed them for a few minutes. After they got kinda soft, i added some salt and the tomato paste. Lastly i added the meat.
Salad: This recipe was enough for four people, so if you are making one serving, use veggies accordingly.
    1. Two big tomatoes
    2. Three cucumbers
    3. Half an onion
    4. Half a tablespoon of salt
    5. A lemon
    6. Four tablespoons of olive oil
Dice the tomatoes, cucumber and onion. Put them into a bowl and add the lemon juice, salt and olive oil. Mix well. (A small tip: After you dice the onions, you can put a little salt on top and slightly squeeze them with your hand or a with a spoon. It makes the onions taste less strong.)

Congrats on your vegiversary! This looks really delicious, too – I’ve saved it to try later.

Keep spoiling yourself with goodies like this! And keep amazing meat eaters by staying alive and healthy. 👍

  4. I (Mexican-American) and my husband (Lebanese-American) are definitely going to make this! It looks like excellent fusion food, like Mediterranean fajitas. 😋 Tysm for the recipes!

  5. Congratulations!! Cheers to many more years to come!

Looks like a delicious way to celebrate :))

People will stop asking you “if you’re still vegetarian” in the next year or so finally 😂
