  2. I love sheet pan meals! I do everything from “stir-fry” recipes to fajitas on a sheet pan. Great flavor from roasting and easy clean up.

  3. Since you’re now team pan, I would very highly recommend getting a silicone baking mat to use instead of aluminum. It saves the planet and your wallet.

    Do those happen to be the sriracha marinated tofu bricks from Trader Joe’s? I’m obsessed with those. Edit: I just read the recipe and they probably aren’t, but check those out if you can. The texture is *chefs kiss
