I used this [recipe](https://blog.fatfreevegan.com/2020/04/vegan-asparagus-and-mushroom-pasta.html) from FatFreeVegan to make the pasta with asparagus (the sauce is a mixture of broth, soy milk, nutritional yeast, and dried herbs), and split it into 4 servings. I omitted the mushrooms since I didn’t have them. I used Banza chickpea rotini instead of whole wheat rotini, so it had more protein than what she lists in the nutritional info.
I air fried 5 oz kale with .5 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper at 270F for 10 minutes.
Overall the meal was 388 calories, 23.9 g protein, 13 g fat, 52.9 g carbs (13.7 g fiber).
