I used 1 serving TVP/soya chunks (80 calories, 12 g protein) marinaded with 1 tsp better than bouillonvegetable base (10 calories) and Nandos Lemon Herb Peri Peri sauce (5 calories for a teaspoon, used just under 1), 1.5 servings broccoli (45 calories, ~3.5 g protein) and 1 serving white instant rice (160 calories, 4g protein)
I’d demolish that. Just gotta make sure the broccoli is cooked right.
