  1. I used one tablespoon of Miyokos garlic Parmesan butter to cook the sweet potato noodles in. The tofu have salt, pepper, garlic, nutritional yeast, and cayenne pepper and I just put them on a pan with Pam spray. Topped with pumpkin seeds and lime. SUPER simple and delicious.

  2. Thanks for posting this. Couldn’t think of what to eat for dinner and then I saw your post! Made a sweet potato noodle veggie stir-fry with an impromptu tofu recipe. Delish.
