  1. * 1/2 cup Bush’s Caribbean black beans with dash of soy sauce
    * 79 g sweet potato pan fried with Caribbean seasoning and salt

    tropical confetti rice ( 2 servings):

    * 155 g cooked rice in boullion
    * 57 grams pineapple chopped
    * 1/3 jalapeno, diced
    * 38 g red onion, diced
    * 40 g red bell pepper, diced

    The Bush’s Caribbean black beans are okay but boring so I added a dash of soy sauce and a little jalapeno. I highly recommend confetti rice, really yum. Sweet potato slices were good.
