considering that place is in Argentina, i’m going to guess 1 salami (the one on the back) 2 chorizos colorados (red sausage) on front of it and 4 bondiolas (coppa i believe). oh, and on the other side, almost out of the picture there is a serrano ham.
Well, the red thing is a scale, the thing to the right is a meat slicer,there is a wheel of cheese on the left as well as beer taps, there are various charcuterie hanging up, as well as some garlic . In the back there are various wines and liquors and some cool old merchandise advertising and a wooden Coke crate on the top shelf .

Maybe how disgusting the blade on that slicer appears to be??!!
