I had my curing chamber empty for some time and I cleaned it completely with water, vinegar and alcohol.
When I when i put my curing chamber back to work (empty), this appeared 3-4 days after.

Doubt it, mold doesn’t grow on metal. It’s probably some type of corrosion based on the alloys of the clip.

No, penicillium nalgiovense is a white mold not green. Keep that clip out of your cooler so the mold doesn’t spread.

It’s probably verdigris. I would suggest sourcing some solid SS ones.

That is corrosion. My best guess is you have not rinsed the vinegar out enough combined with humpty is the culprit.

To reiterate you shouldn’t have that near your curing chamber.. verdigris is poisonous and copper detrimental to microorganisms.
