I don’t get how a whole Michelin star kitchen and staff can look at those dishes and go “yea that’s Michelin star worthy, send that out to the customers.” Pretty mind blowing to me

De Juwelier is owned by the same guys from 212**. I think this restaurant, along with their now 2 other bistros are basically cash grabs.
Amsterdam has so many great places, please don’t go here.
