If youve hit your water weigh loss then yes, Vac seal and let it sit for 3 weeks. If you havent lost your desired water weight then Id rehang and turn up your humidity a bit. But still Vac seal once its come down. Your case hardening isnt that aggressive yet so theres time to rectify it.
