    For 2 servings, pan fry 264 g (1 bag) of Beyond Steak tips, microwave for a couple minutes 143 grams of potatoes and 90 grams of carrots. You can finish cooking them in a pan or roast them. Seperately, saute 1 chopped medium onion with one clove of garlic (minced). In another pan add 1/2 Tbsp of vegan butter and a little water with 1 Tbsp of flour. Stir mixture on low heat for a several minutes, adding water as necessary to prevent lumping. Then add in 1/8 tsp of salt, 1/8 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp carraway or fennel, 1/2 tsp smoked papkrika, 1 T tomato paste, 1/2 cup broth (use No Beef Better than Bouillon), pinch of thyme, 1/8 c red wine, 1 tsp brown sugar (or equivalent sweetener), one bay leaf. Add additional water and stir.

    Combine Beyond Steak, vegetables, and sauce. Serve on wide noodles (egg free noodles from Walmart, 1/2 a serving). Topping – Forager sour cream and minced parsley.
