They are about 3.5 inches diameter. Bought them at Sprouts grocer. They must be new because I haven’t seen them anywhere else. The package is generic looking, but if you are searching for them the company that makes them is “Gonnella.”
I like these with a Boca original vegan burger (70 calories), for a total of 130 calories (plus some toppings).

I’ve seen similar keto dinner rolls at Aldi! 50 cals, 5g protein. They were perfect for Thanksgiving with a little Miyoko’s oat milk butter.

Maths doesn’t add up. 20g carbs = 80cal. 6g protein = 24cal.
Also 647 brand makes a good burger bun too. 80 calories. This looks good. I’m going to look for it!
