A friend got us a saucisson from France but the packaging got a bit wet in our fridge.
The paper wrap was sticking to it and after peelkng there’s a slight yellow colour to it.
I can’t find anywhere online how to tell when a saucisson. All i can find if that white/green/grey is okay and it shouldn’t have been stored in a fridge as its too humid.
Thanks for any help/advice!

Probably just fine, slice and peel…smells ok then try
Smell it, your nose will put you right
Looks fine. Just handled a bit in transit.
The exterior is going to be the most dry. When exposed to some moisture, it’s going to rehydrate. Since there’s mold on the outside, that gets kinda weird as it rehydrates, too.
Long story, short. Don’t worry about it. It’d take a long time to ruin it.
