    To make smoky tofu: pan fry 80 g extra firm tofu and add tbsp of soy sauce, dash of liquid smoke, and preferred sweetener

    Dressing: 2 tsp dijon mustard, sweetener to taste, 1/2 tsp of oil, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, additional water to thin

    other ingredients: Fiber Gourmet pasta (56 g dry weight), 49 g bell pepper, 59 g edamame, 89 g beans

    Are their any subscription meal services that supply food like this?? I need this but would like to avoid shopping and prep.
