Artichoke french and its meat companion chicken french (or francaise) is a popular dish where I’m from. I used this recipe:

I didn’t have any capers but it was flavorful without. I also used vegetable stock instead of chicken broth. The broccoletti is just steamed with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
