Homemade vegan pho, pre and post Thai basil

  1. Used [this](https://www.bonappetit.com/recipe/vegan-pho) recipe for the broth except I used a bag of pho spices (no fennel and has licorice pods in it) and measured out the amounts of each per the recipe. Didn’t use dried mushrooms because I hate them but used mushroom seasoning and after straining I tasted it and added a little less than half a cube of chickenless bouillon.

    Topped with seared tofu, carrot (I wanted to add broccoli but it turns out I don’t have any), green onion, white onion, jalapeño, Thai basil, and a little drizzle of hoisin
