So I didn’t actually follow a recipe, I just used what I had on hand/what needed to be used before going bad.

    Ingredients
    2tbsp vegetable oil
    1 celery stick
    1 white onion
    1/2 of a green pepper
    1 full red pepper
    1 small courgette
    1/2 aubergine
    Roughly 6 muchrooms
    150g Quorn vegetarian steak strips
    400ml vegetable broth
    100ml pouring cream
    4 cloves of garlic
    2tsp tomato puree
    1tsp smoked paprika
    1tsp dried mixed herbs
    Salt and pepper to taste

    – Dice your vegetables to roughly the same size and fry them until soft along with the Quorn steak strips, roughly 10-15 minute. I fry mine in the order that takes the longest to cook so that they all cook at the same time.
-Mince your garlic and add that to the pan along with the smoked paprika, dried mixed herbs, salt and pepper to taste and tomato puree. Stir everything together until everything is coated with the seasoning.
    – Add your vegetable broth and cream and bring to a boil. When it’s boiling lower and allow to simmer for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally to ensure nothing is burning.
    – Once the 20 minutes is over your stoganoff is ready to serve, I paired mine with slightly salted long grain rice.
    – This recipe is enough for 4 servings

Pardon my ignorance but is the cream what differentiates this from a vet stew?
