Dining room tasting menu at The Modern on May 9th, 2023. Many, many apologies for the abysmal captions and poor photos. I stupidly forgot almost all of the contents of the dishes. Even worse, I forgot to grab a photo of the first course “Eggs on Eggs on Eggs,” signature dish, which was the highlight of the meal. The “mojito” was also super creative. Overall, great meal.
