That’s one of my favorite ways to make loin bacon. The cornmeal gives great texture and taste once it’s fried.

Ex-pat Ontarian checking in and Peameal Bacon is the fucking BOMB! I was back in TO last weekend and hit the St. Lawrence Market for tastiest and of course a Peameal sandwich… Mmmmmm
