Really bold Mexican flavors using british ingredients. Would def recommend just because of how different it is from the rest of the London fine dining scene. I plated the taco on the bottom left pic myself, it was so fun!
The only dish I didn’t care for was the wagu taco supplement (the one that has red/yellow petals, overpowering corn flavors), everything else was fantastic.
