Cabbage cutlets with rice

    – 1 cup cooked rice,

    – 1 cup of flour,

    – 300 grams of cabbage,

    – 2 onions,

    – 200 g of potatoes,

    – spices to taste.

    ​

    If desired, add chopped herbs or, for example, a spoonful of tomato paste.

    ​

    Preparation:

    ​

    Chop the vegetables in a blender, pass through a meat grinder or grate them. Squeeze out excess juice, add cooked rice and spices, and finally add flour.

    ​

    Form cutlets, dip them a little more in flour and fry on both sides.

    ​
