Favorite meal of my recent trip, é was a lot of fun. The menu was mostly a collection of his “hits”, this was my first visit here but I saw lots of similarities to Jose’s Minibar, at least to some of their older menus. Food was creative, plated in front of you, all really delicious and fun. The dinner begins at a Jaleo table outside the restaurant with aperitifs before moving into the main dining space – a small room with a 10 (I think) seat counter, in the back of Jaleo. Service was great, chefs answered all the questions the diners had and sitting next to the somm I got to chat about the the wines which was fun.
There really weren’t any weak spots on the menu, I’d eat the entire thing again. Standouts for me were the mussels escabeche, wagyu cheek, lubina and “wonderbread”

So under the radar. I’ve done a ton of fine dining and this is one of my favs. I’ve been twice.
I will say that I’m disappointed that your meal is almost identical to the meal from my first visit 3 years ago. I’d like to see them continue to innovate.
But it’s so very worth a visit. Definitely the best place in Vegas.
There is something about Vegas that everything there seems both over priced and cheap. I haven’t been to e, it was closed last time we were there. But we went to Bazaar meats, which was good, but it’s just a weird vibe all around. Even something considered “fine dining” you have to walk though a cigarette haze to get to your table.
I say this as a person who loves going to vegas and casinos, lol. It’s to just a strange place. A city that shouldn’t exist that is the epitome of excess that is also somehow filled with the saddest souls in the world. It is both horrifying and attractive and that bleeds into their restaurants.
So glad they are still doing this. One of the best meals I’ve ever had and would go back in a heartbeat.
