Restaurant is $85 menu where you choose 1 item from 4 menu sections. You can add any extra dish for $10 more. Theme of the food is Asian American fusion and they pull it off really well. I like to try different places when I return to a city but this restaurant was good enough to be worth a return visit and the menu price for what you get is a pretty good value too.

In my opinion Rooster and Owl and Tail Up Goat are the two most undeserving Michelin starred restaurants in Washington DC. The rest of the guide is closer to what we see more of in this sub.
