Just got this wine fridge, maybe 4ft high! So not a mini but not full size I guess. Holds temp great. I live in Colorado so very dry climate. Pretty sure it’s a compressor fridge.
I have an Inkbird humidity controller with the proper humidifier.
My questions:
1. Do I need a fan? I was watching a YouTube video saying it can sometimes dry it out but I guess the humidifier solves this.
2. If I do need a fan, what’s the simplest solution?
3. Do I need a dehumidifier in this climate?
4. If the wine fridge stays cold enough, do I need a temp controlling advice to toggle the fridge on and off? If so why?
Thanks in advance!

If the humidity gets too high you need a dehumidifier if it doesn’t you’re good? You shouldn’t need a fan it will already have one. Does the wine fridge tell you the exact temp it stays at? If not then that’s why you need a temp controller
If the fridge is going to be somewhere that gets a decent amount of light. I would consider covering the glass door.
I refer to [Two Guys and a Cooler](https://twoguysandacooler.com/building-a-salami-chamber-cheese-cave/) when it comes to this type of build. Other than that, I am of no help.
I always wondered if a wine fridge would be better than a normal fridge. Keep us updated!
So I pretty much have the same set-up, (mini wine fridge)I have a humidifier and a dehumidifier in mine, I added the ink bird temp controller to mine. I don’t use a fan.
That being said I am a noob as well so, I have a coppa and a guanciale currently hanging but so far so good with weight lose.
A fan should be in the chamber just for some small air movement. With that said, the dehumidifier will have a fan in it, and that works great. You don’t want the fan blowing directly on the product as it will case harden.
Be very careful with that back plate. If you stress the lines to it, you will have a boat anchor on your hands when the refrigerant leaks out.
You probably won’t need a fan. Air flow is not helpful. The meat will probably be enough moisture. My chamber only needs my dehumidifier.
