Last day in Italy with the gf and we were looking to go out with a bang. And my oh my did they deliver. This is hands down my best meal ever. Every dish was the kind you close your eyes and go “Yuuuumy” for. Highly recommended!!!
I gotta say the hand-wavy lack of detail in the descriptions doesn’t really help tell the story.

My personal guide to Europe is to go to the 3* restaurants that aren’t favorites of the Worlds 50 Best and Chef’s Table crowd. They rarely disappoint.
