Hi r/finedining, first post here!

Just got back from honeymoon in Palma and wanted to share some pictures and experiences, hope this is okay 🙂

Anyways, Fera… Michelin-recommended, no stars yet, but I have to say that I came away absolutely stunned that they haven’t been recognised with one yet. The whole meal and experience was excellent – we did two one starred restaurants while we were there, and Fera was our favourite of the three. Would highly recommend to anyone who finds themselves in Palma.

  1. Fera is the place to go when you want German efficiency. There was always someone with an iPad standing around and monitoring the flow of the food in the room. The normal Spanish restaurants seem rather more casual 🙂

Amusing caviar fact: back when I visited the caviar was sourced from Tibet! They got the fish in some high altitude mountain lakes…

  2. Love the presentation. Thanks for the rec- I was in Mahon in early June, and want to try Palma next.
