Had a great night at Enoteca Pinchiorri with my gf. They really lived up to the expectations. The service is out of this world and the food was well worth the money. Highly recommended.
The place have one of the world’s best wine cellars, so I gotta admit some details are a bit hazy. The wine menu was the size of the bible, and they even had a sizeable water menu (which is hilarious). Very classical fine dining experience, only surpassed by Maemo (of the ones I’ve visited ofc).

Awesome.
This was one of, if not the first high-end Italian restaurant I’d heard of back in the late 90’s because Iron Chef Italian (from the OG series) worked here 🙂
Of course, it was probably a decade later before I figured out the spelling…

What a unique meal! I enjoy how open ended some dishes are, in contrast to many other fine dining establishments that focus on a clean look haha.
What is the black sphere on the pasta?
