  1. Thank you for the excellent write up! Too often I feel left in the dark by posts here while I’m trying to live vicariously through others. Kudos OP!

  2. I’d love to hear if anyone else has been and what they thought!

    I haven’t had many Michelin meals but I’ve had a lot of excellent food (lots of it actually home cooked) so my standards to be ‘wowed’ are actually rather high in my opinion.

    I’d say this place wowed me.

    It’s hard to be specific but what I liked;

    – I think tbh it matched my own tastes and style of cooking quite well

    – Complex and interest combinations that were fun but not trying too hard to be outrageous. Everything was interesting but nothing was extremely mind-blowing for its combinations, just for its taste.

    – dishes that were clearly extremely well executed but also well balanced.

    – when I pay this much for food, I want it to be both delicious and interest – this was extremely delicious and also pretty interesting.

  3. Looks very interesting, thanks for the write-up. It’s weird that the uni pasta is the last savory dish, as it is rather unoriginal and out-of-sequence (even for a fusion restaurant). Interesting that they wove in Korean ingredients for most dishes and then put out a chocolate-mint dessert.
