Went to Ramon Frexia in Madrid this past week on a Wednesday night, which is a 2 star restaurant. My wife and I choose the Temporalidad Menu, which is only available on Wednesday and Thursday night at dinner. Fantastic value at 95 euro a person, and 45 for the wine pairing which we both got. Highly recommend the wine pairing for some fantastic Spanish wines we’ve never seen before.
I’ve only been to a handful of fine dining restaurants, but this was the first one where the head chef (Ramon) came to our table to greet us and take our order. I thought that was a very nice touch.
Service was outstanding, and we were both extremely impressed the entire few hours we were there for an incredible dining experience. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for both great value, and an incredible experience.
