I went to Nent 1* in March for their lunch menu. It was their cheapest option around $50pp I believe. Needless to say, despite it being their cheapest option, it was still a great experience. The effort put into the meal was still exceptional and everything tasted amazing. The salmon confit was one of my favorites, the salmon was so soft and tender and the vegetables and oil that accompanied it were fantastic. The rosemary ice cream was another favorite and was something I’ve never had before. Fragrant and light, I thoroughly enjoyed that dessert. Will be back again for their full menu next time!
