  1. The only real change I made to this recipe, was omitting the oil in the dressing to cut down the calories, and instead just adding a couple tablespoons of water. It works because obviously, I decided to use it as a salad topping instead of drizzling in a wrap. But beware the dressing is quite spicy. Also, I used regular old cooking spray because your girl is allergic to avocado. The tofu block was cubed into 32 pieces, for four servings of tofu plus three tablespoons of the sauce coming out to about 280 calories, the rest of the cals are in my salad and green onion mix.

  2. This looks amazing! You said that you used water instead of the oil? New to this so where in the recipe did you alternate water with oil? I dont use oils so would this work without spraying oil on it? TIA for the help!
