I guess they’re calling it Ethiopian because of the berbere 😒. It seems worth a try.
I made this today, tastes delicious! I didnt have bebere spice so I used curry powder instead of tumeric and added some other stuff! 👍
Well, made this tonight for dinner.. it’s super good. For those of you with an aversion to super spicy hot chilies… I substituted a green bell pepper. I blended it with the garlic and ginger root and sautéed it with the other spices and onions. I also used kale instead of spinach, baby red potatoes and a plain brown onion. Thanks so much for sharing!!
